New Scheer IMC and RockMouse Partnership

Global Enterprise Learning Technology Meets Local AI Learning Expertise in a New Partnership Between Scheer IMC & RockMouse

Melbourne, Australia December 2025

Scheer IMC and RockMouse have entered into a strategic partnership to bring a new generation of human-centred, AI-enabled learning ecosystems to organisations across Australia and New Zealand.

The collaboration combines Scheer IMC’s proven enterprise solutions – including the imc Learning Suite learning management system, imc Express AI-powered authoring tool, and DialogueGPT conversational training solution – with RockMouse’s deep local expertise in AI adoption, learning strategy, and adaptive performance support. Together, the partners will help organisations move beyond one-off training projects to build integrated learning ecosystems that deliver measurable business impact.

“We see a lot of organisations trying to modernise their learning stack but getting stuck between legacy systems and generic AI tools,” said Craig Simon, Founder and CEO of RockMouse. “Partnering with Scheer IMC means we can bring enterprise-grade infrastructure together with human-centric AI design. Our clients get a learning ecosystem that is scalable, governable, and actually fits how people work, not just another platform to manage.”

A joint value proposition for enterprise and government

RockMouse will act as a strategic extension to Scheer IMC’s current implementation capabilities in the region, bringing a consultative, “humans-before-tech” approach to every engagement. Rather than leading with a single product, RockMouse works with clients to diagnose business problems, design the right learning ecosystem, and then configure and integrate the appropriate Scheer IMC components alongside other AI-enabled solutions.

This joint value proposition is especially suited to:

  • Large and mid-market enterprises needing robust governance, compliance, and auditability in their learning stack.
  • Organisations requiring sophisticated integration capabilities to create a truly connected learning ecosystem, and configuration flexibility to deliver personalised learning experiences.
  • Government and regulated sectors where risk, scale, and reporting requirements demand more than basic LMS functionality.
  • Organisations wanting to blend AI-powered content creation and conversational practice with human-centred change, capability uplift, and leadership development.

"Great technology requires great partnership to deliver its full potential," said Alison West, Director at Scheer IMC AUNZ. "We bring proven enterprise learning solutions and implementation expertise developed across thousands of global deployments. Rockmouse brings deep client relationships, AI specialisation, and strategic consulting strength in the AUNZ market. Together, we're creating outcomes that neither organisation could achieve alone - that's the power of true partnership."

Scheer IMC brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise learning, supporting 10+ million learners at over 1,300 organisations worldwide. Its solutions are designed for complex environments with large learner populations, strict compliance requirements, and multi-language, multi-region delivery.

Key components of the joint offering include:

  • imc Learning Suite: a best-of-breed, scalable LMS built for enterprise with complex learning and compliance requirements, deep integrations, and integrated digital, blended and instructor led training in one environment.
  • imc Express: an AI-powered authoring tool that automates up to 80% of eLearning content creation, with instant formatting and translation into 70+ languages, enabling SMEs and non-experts to publish accessible and responsive content in minutes.
  • DialogueGPT: an AI-driven conversation simulation platform making communication training scalable, adaptive, and measurable – turning every conversation into a learning opportunity. Choose from off-the-shelf scenarios or build bespoke simulations using the creator backend. DialogueGPT bridges the gap between knowledge retention and real-world application of almost any workplace scenario.

“Our clients are telling us they don’t just need more content, they need adaptive ecosystems that listen, learn, and respond to their people’s needs,” Simon added. “With Scheer IMC, we can give them that; a stack that is technically strong enough for the biggest enterprises, while still being human, contextual, and AI-ready from day one.”

As part of the partnership launch, RockMouse and Scheer IMC are planning joint events and webinars in early 2026, with a focus on DialogueGPT 2.0, AI-assisted content creation, and the future of adaptive learning ecosystems in Australia and New Zealand.
