Scheer IMC voted one of the “2025 Top 20 in AI Training” companies in two categories by Training Industry

Training Industry, the leading global source of corporate learning research and information, announced its selections for the 2025 Top Training Companies™ lists for the AI in Training sector of the corporate learning and development (L&D) market. For the first time, this year’s recognition is divided into two distinct categories: AI Coaching and Learner Support, and AI Content Creation and Authoring Tools.

This change reflects the increasing clarity surrounding the use of AI within corporate learning and development space. As the market rapidly evolves, AI is being applied in different, targeted ways to address specific challenges in learning and development. One group of distinct applications is in agent-based employee coaching, learner support tools in the flow of work and general reinforcement strategies, while another focuses on accelerating the development of training content through AI-driven authoring capabilities.

Scheer IMC impressed the jury with both its AI-supported authoring tool “imc Express” and the communication training “DialogueGPT”.
