New Channels app and enhanced reporting subscription features

Available from 26 January via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, the new Channels app is designed for learners who want to access content anytime, anywhere. The app offers quick access to personal feeds and new channels, consolidating the core features of the browser version while enabling platform-wide search within the Channels environment.

With this release, personalised learning becomes truly mobile. This empowers users to engage with content seamlessly, whether commuting, between meetings, or during breaks.

Responding to customer feedback, Innovation Pack 14.26 introduces a powerful new feature: admin-controlled report subscriptions. Admins can now set up automated report deliveries on behalf of individual users, groups, or clients. Reports are sent directly via email, either as attachments or download links, eliminating the need for manual intervention. 

Scheduling is also fully customisable: daily, weekly, every few weeks, on selected days, or monthly. Subscriptions can be activated or deactivated at any time, giving admins full control over report distribution. This not only reduces the administrative burden across organisations but also ensures timely access to critical information, helping support compliance and mandatory training requirements.

With Innovation Pack 14.26, Scheer IMC continues to align its product development with the needs of learners and administrators. The Channels app enables flexible, on-the-go learning, while the enhanced reporting tools simplify management and improve integration into everyday workflows.
