With Innovation Pack 14.25, the imc Learning Suite expands beyond standard keyword search with the introduction of AI Search – a semantic, AI-driven search feature that delivers a much more comprehensive search experience. Users can search in their own words and discover all relevant content. The system searches across all catalogues and channels for synonyms and contextual meaning – not just the exact term entered.
