Cyber Crime Time FAQs

Why do IT security training and awareness matter?

Raising awareness and training your employees is a key factor in strengthening IT security.

Experience shows that it is not enough simply to impose security measures. Employees should understand the importance and purpose of these measures, otherwise they may be ignored in day-to-day work. If employees are not adequately sensitised, your security culture, security objectives and security strategy may be put at risk.

German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI)

Effective IT security training and awareness sharpen employees’ understanding of security risks and provide the knowledge and skills they need to act securely.

Can I customise the content?

Yes. On request, we can tailor the learning modules for you — from simple content changes to more extensive visual or structural adaptations.

How much does Cyber Crime Time cost? What is the licensing model?

You can license Cyber Crime Time for less than one euro per employee.

We offer different licensing models, contract terms, and packages and we would be happy to prepare a tailored quote for you.

Which languages are available?

All learning modules are available as standard in German, English, French and Italian. Additional language versions are available on request.

What are the system requirements?

The learning modules run in all common browsers. Responsive design ensures an optimal learning experience across all devices: desktop, tablet and mobile.

Can I use my own LMS?

Yes. All Cyber Crime Time content is available as a SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 or web module, which you can easily import into your LMS.

What if we already have IT security training in place?

Cyber Crime Time also works well as a complementary measure, for example during Cyber Security Awareness Month, when you want to create additional visibility and attention around IT security.
