New features of Innovation Pack 14.26

The latest update introduces fresh features designed to enhance the learning journey. Corporate learning anywhere, anytime! At the heart of this release are the brand-new Channels app and expanded subscription-based reporting capabilities. Alongside these, a range of improvements to existing features, particularly in course management and testing, have also been implemented. 

 

With the new Channels app learners can now access relevant content quickly and easily, all in one place and while on the move. 

 

Thanks to automated reporting, learners receive timely updates without the need for manual input, customised to suit their preferences.

 

Admins can now assign report subscriptions directly to groups and users, ensuring that the right information reaches the right people—on time and where it’s needed.

Learn anytime, anywhere with the new Channels app 

From 26 January, the dedicated Channels app will be available for iOS and Android: perfect for learning on-the-go, whether during your commute, in a lunch break, or between meetings. Channels provides a structured, centralised space for content, making it easier to find and use information effectively. 

 

With the new Channels app, learners gain instant access to their personal feed and can explore new channels with ease. Existing content is fully accessible and optimised for both mobile and tablet use. The app brings together the key features of the browser version, including platform-wide search within the Channels context. Plus, once logged in, the app automatically adopts your organisation’s branding; covering design, logos, fonts, and default images. 

 

This can support learners in benefiting from maximum flexibility, integrating knowledge into their daily routines in a way that suits them best.

Report subscriptions made simple: more efficiency, less effort

By popular demand, admins can now set up report subscriptions for individual users, groups, and clients. Important reports are automatically delivered via email, either as attachments or download links, without requiring any action from the recipients. 

 

Subscriptions can be scheduled flexibly to suit your needs: daily, weekly, every few weeks, on selected days, or monthly. They can also be deactivated at any time. Reports are aligned with the recipient’s default search settings, just like personal subscriptions. 

 

This update makes report management faster, easier, and more service-oriented for users.
