With Innovation Pack 14.23, exciting AI-powered features become part of the imc Learning Suite, helping organisations save time and money while further enhancing the experience for learners. AI Powered E-Learning content creation is finally here! Courses can now be enriched with AI-generated images, and content can be translated into multiple languages with just one click. Additionally, web-based training content created in imc Express can be seamlessly integrated into the imc Learning Suite. A new pop-up feature has also been introduced to quickly communicate important messages to learners.

AI-powered image generation 

 

Engaging and contextually appropriate visualisations boost learner motivation and foster interest in course content. However, many organisations face the challenge of finding suitable images: stock images are often too generic and come with copyright concerns and high costs.

 

With Innovation Pack 14.23, the imc Learning Suite provides an effective solution: AI-generated images automatically created based on the course title and description. These images can be seamlessly integrated into the platform, eliminating the need for additional image services. For learners, this results in a more visually appealing and motivating learning environment, while administrators benefit from a simplified workflow.

One-click AI-powered translations

 

Texts can now be automatically translated directly within the Learning Suite into over 44 languages with just one click, powered by Azure's AI translation service. This allows courses and accompanying information to be quickly and easily available in learners' native languages or tailored for local teams in the relevant language. The translated texts can be manually refined to ensure a brand-consistent tone and the accurate translation of industry-specific terminology in every language.

 

Administrators can localise content more efficiently and manage it directly within the system without the need for external tools or services.

Pop-up notifications for urgent messages

 

With IP 14.23, urgent information can be displayed to users directly in a pop-up window upon login, ensuring that relevant messages are immediately seen by all affected individuals. Administrators can configure how long the notification remains active and specify the target audience. Additionally, learners must confirm they have read the message by clicking to acknowledge it.

Simplified integration of content from imc Express

 

Content creators using the AI-powered authoring tool imc Express can now seamlessly integrate their web-based training (WBT) content into the imc Learning Suite. Using the Share function in imc Express, the training content is made directly available in the Learning Suite's Media Manager, where metadata can be further edited if needed.

 

Administrators can utilise the training content across the system, such as in courses or channels, simplifying the process of content creation and management. This allows learners to benefit from AI-supported courses created in imc Express even more quickly.
