Innovation Pack 14.27 expands the imc Learning Suite’s platform-wide search by combining classic lexical search with AI-powered semantic search. Learners can now search not only for available courses and channels, but also for completed learning content and already-joined channels.

This makes it easier to review past learning activities, identify completed training, and better track learners’ progress across the entire learning journey. The enhanced overview supports clearer development paths for both learners and supervisors.

To simplify KPI monitoring and development tracking, Innovation Pack 14.27 introduces a more structured approach to skills-based assessment and skill-level assessment. Clear completion criteria, formal sign-off processes, and multi-level skill requirements ensure full transparency for both learners and supervisors.

Shared performance indicators and visible documentation reduce administrative effort while making skill progression measurable and comparable across organisations.

To strengthen certification security, Innovation Pack 14.27 enhances certificate handling with built-in QR-code certificate verification. This helps prevent certificate duplication, falsification, and unauthorised transmission, increasing the validity and trustworthiness of the certificates issued.

Innovation Pack 14.27 also includes improved notification visibility, tighter Microsoft Teams integration for easier course creation, as well as UI and UX improvements for clearer navigation.
