Sessions and agenda

12.00pm: Welcome

Welcome

Initial introductions over tea and coffee, with an opportunity for informal networking to set the stage for a collaborative session.

12.15pm: Realising the Value of your Data – the Comeback of Enterprise Data-Modeling: Processes, Data, Metaverse

Professor Dr. August-Wilhelm Scheer

Realising the Value of your Data – the Comeback of Enterprise Data-Modeling: Processes, Data, Metaverse

AI, digital twins, and autonomous factories are no longer just innovation topics — they are a reality. Yet most initiatives stall not because of technology, but because of inappropriate or inadequate enterprise data infrastructures. Data determines what AI can learn, what processes can be automated, and whether autonomy becomes a competitive advantage or an expensive experiment.

This executive session from Professor Dr. August-Wilhelm Scheer, reveals why enterprise data modeling is back at the top of the agenda. It shows how leading organisations can use structured, real-time data to build digital company twins, steer performance in real time, and safely operate dark factories.

Scaling Learning. Powering Transformation

In a world where change is constant, scaling learning is no longer an option, it’s a survival strategy. Organisations that fail to evolve their enterprise-wide learning and performance support modules risk being left behind.

This session provides a strategic lens and practical pathways for building a learning ecosystem that accelerates transformation, not just supports it.
