He oversees the Digital Learning Ecosystem, which supports 140,000 officers, and drives CSC’s digital and automation strategy. With over 35 years of experience in both public and private sectors, Patrick has held leadership roles in urban planning, airport management, media, healthcare, publishing, and the rehabilitation of ex-offenders.

Sven R. Becker has been a member of the Executive Board of Scheer IMC since January 2019 and was appointed Co-CEO in November 2023. He began his career at Scheer IMC in 2007 as a working student in marketing. He later worked in content and product development, focusing on UX design and new products. As Co-CEO, he is responsible for Marketing & Communications, Sales and content services. He places great emphasis on creativity, innovation, and targeted employee development.
